*Preferred Play Level is only used as a guide to divide teams on divisions based on preferences, but all Metro Sports leagues are purely recreational, unless specified otherwise. Selecting a preferred play level won't ensure the team will play 100% only with teams on the same level.
Participants' information must be entered below when registering the team, including Captain info. Team shirts can only be provided to participants entered during registration period.

Registration includes 6 free shirts. Additional shirts have a $19 cost and will be invoiced separately.
NOTE: There are no limits of maximum participants per team. However, when having more than 10, it is recommended for organizations to register more than one team to provide players with more play time.
To register more than 15 participants for one team, please send the complete list of participants to keren@metrosportspr.com. Make sure to submit the registration payment in this page, anyway.
When pressing 'CHECKOUT', you will be asked to pay the team registration fee. Later, one of Metro Sports team members will send you an invoice through email to pay the additional shirts (6 shirts are included with registration).
